'Satya 2' is story set in current dated Mumbai city where an unknown man Satya (Puneet Singh Ratn) comes to the city. He joins a big builder Lahoti (Mahesh Thakur) and later forms an underworld gang in the name of company. Satya structures his company in such a manner that it becomes an impossible task for the government to even track him. This leads to formation of a undercover agents under the leadership of Purshottam (Kaushal Kapoor) and what happens next is what the entire film is all about.
