Justin Bieber is a very busy boy, first he has so many tours then he has many recording, then a very busy lifestyle, his girlfriend is not doing good and she is in hospital but still after so many things, he still has a heart of a good sweet teenager, why?, well when Bieber was performing a benefit concert in San Francisco on the June of 11th, no one expected him to do what he did.
